problem with showing web page by using URL

Dear reader,

Can you explain to us why our URL (.jpg file) can not be downloaded by the Max Bulk Mailer? We are using the same settings as we always do (have already sent out approx 15 - 20 newsletters) but this time the field stays blank (no example is being shown). Also when I send the mail to my own e-mail address I can't see the image. Settings for format are on 'web page' of course and the URL is valid.

Do you have any idea what can be the problem?

With both. The image (or any other image) can not be downloaded/read by the Max Bulk Mailer and we have no idea why.

Yes I have. Also we have downloaded the latest version of the MBM, but it makes no difference.

Have you tried to place that picture in a different directory on your server?

It's solved now! The problem was that the coding was not right, so the MBM did not recognize the URL.
