Problem with PEC, LEGALMAIL ecc

Hi, I'm from Italy, and in Italy we have PEC (certified electronic mail). It is an email digitally signed with a certificate so you can be sure of:
1-the message has not been modified between the sender and the receiver
2-the certificate is valid
3-the sender adress is the same as the one on the certificate of the email.

Do you know what I'm talking about?

Let's get to the problem:

I just bought a license for maxbulk mailer PRO and when I send a mail over the provider smtp: smtps.pec.aruba.it SSL 465 the certificate of the email breaks. In particulary outlook says me that the message has been modified (so one of the three clauses of a correct PEC fails).
But if I use outlook with the same configuration (smtps SSL ecc...) everything work perfectly.

What could I do? I must send 400 PEC :cry: :cry: Thank's in advance!!
 
I think not. I mean, outlook (or Thunderbird) doesn't know it is a PEC account, it is configured like every other SMTP account so I don't think outlook put some specific header. But in outlook works. Any other ideas?

I sent an email to my PEC provider with the code used by maxBulk mailer, I hope they know what to do...
 
Do you have any header in the custom header panel? If so, have you tried to delete them?
 
There is no header. And my provider does not yer answered me. I don't know what to do...i'm thinking to sending them one at a time with outlook...I regret for the 70€ spent for the license :cry:
 
MaxBulk Mailer is a standard mailer, it fully follows the SMTP protocol and only uses standard headers. I don't think it is the culprit here. If it is please give me the info you get from your server.
 
I'm not saying MaxBulk it's the culprit. It is a very powerfull program, but it doesn't work with my provider (I don't know who is to blame, maybe my provider).

Is there a chance to get my money back? I bought it to use it only once, but I could not use it :cry:
