problem with file name of excel attachments

I want to send an excel attachment, when I do, the file name comes across as mime-attachment.xls.

If I click on the attachment in MaxBulk Mailer before sending it, then the first four characters of the file name come across as the attachment so 0909 Membership Directory.xls is attached as 0909.xls.

Does anyone know how to send an excel attachment and preserve the entire file name so when they receive the attachment the file name is the name of the file I attached.

Have you tried to remove the spaces in the file title?

Thanks - removing the spaces worked!

Thank you - my attachment file name came across as long as there were no spaces in the file name and as long as I opened it in MaxBulk Mailer after I added it as an attachment.

In next version that problem will be fixed anyway.
