I was all set to use Constant Contact (CC) for an email promotion for our client when "testimonials" for MaxBulk Mailer started showing up in the web forum I participate in. My questions are:
1. What is the line added to the bottom of the email in the trial version? Something our client would think inappropriate? (And am I right that we could demo the "product" for our client, and after approval, buy the software and send emails with no trial line?
2. It seems that CC handles the sending of the emails and gathers quite a bit of info about them. With MBM will I be doing that myself? How much does that challenge my technical skills? Is there easy access to the info the process will require?
3. Can I send the emails showing our client and not ourselves as the sender?
4. If I think the odds are 2:1 I'm going to like the software, can I buy it with a 30-day or so money-back guarantee? (Avoid that "unprofessional" trial line.)
5. Final vague feel-free-to-ignore question. You have a $99 bundle. I have no knowledge on which to evaluate the usefulness of the other 3 apps. If I read all about them, I'll still lack context. I'd like to remain a designer, not a mailing specialist. Do your products fit with that goal?
TIA...
