Possible to delete space when e.g. [Optx] isn't populated?

If I write a message and have a list of options in it, e.g.,
[Opt1]
[Opt2]
[Opt3]
[Opt4]

but a certain recipient has no information for [Opt3] and [Opt4], is it possible to delete those two lines for that recipient? (So that they don't have two lines of blank space in their email?)
