PHP Problems

I've installed both MLM and the simple Unsubscribe script at the root level of my website. I can access the folder contents by typing in the appropriate path URL, but everytime I try to use either of the scripts, the result is simply a blank web page. No error messages. Just white space. I've changed the permissions on all folders/files as per the instructions, and filled in the fields as accurately as I know how. Whatever is happening appears to be consistent across both script families. Any ideas? I'm not familiar with PHP, but have worked with Dreamweaver, and been on the Mac platform for twenty years. I have a mailing list of about 300 that I'd like to use the simple Unsubscribe script with in a bulk mailing. I'm leaving the country (U.S.) on Monday for Asia and there's a friend there who's purchased and using MBM. BTW, I've purchased and am using version 6. Could use some help before I leave the country...any takers?

What is the URL of the unsubscribe script?

This is the URL I pasted into a test email sent using MBM:

http://www.handsofhur.org/Scripts/Unsub ... php?email=<subscriber_email>

I'm assuming the <subscriber_email> tag is recognized by MBM to extract the email address from the addressee?

It should be:

Stan- I appreciate the help. It is working. It seems to have made a difference to use the symbol "[" instead of "<" which are in the actual script you provided. If this is the case, then the script should be edited, right?

One other question, when I log into the admin page, this is the image I get. Is it what I should see? If so, how do I manage the content?

No need to edit anything. MaxBulk Mailer tags are always enclosed between brackets.

What you see is the list of strings that was sent to the script. Right now you just have some junk.
