pdf link not working

I am trying to send a pdf invitation to an event. Within the pdf is a link to a websurvey for invitees to RSVP. I sent a test to myself using styled text and inline. When I receive it I can see the pdf but the link is not working. Also, it's a 2 page pdf but it only shows the first page. We have another bulk emailer program in our sister office and it works exactly we want it to. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

MaxBulk Mailer sends attachments as is, there is no processing. I really don't know why it works with a software and not with other. Perhaps the attachment is not placed the same way and an anti-virus is modifying the message?
