Paying by visa

Hi,
I'm trying to get:
Ultimate Email Toolkit 12 months up…
Ultimate Email Toolkit 12 months update plan
€39,90 + IVA
but when I push the button "Pagar (pay)" it is in this message "Procesamiento de su pago (pay processing), and after 2 minutes around, get back to the previous screen (visa) and nothing happens...

What could I do?

When that happens the best is to wait a couple of hours and try again... Nothing works 24/7/365 except us...
