Outlook 365 Problem

Hi there, have finally succumbed to posting after several hours spent trying to get email relaying to work.

Am using an apple mac and we send out an email to all our customers x2 a month using Maxbulk Mailer for the last few years. Our ISP is with BT and everything worked fine until they change to Office 365.

We now get a consistent message of unrecognized authentication type. I have used POP, ESMTP, changed port numbers (SMTP 587) to settings given to me by Office 365 with no joy. All details have been chnaged to exactly our account details with no luck. Not sure if theres a solution but if anyone could help it would be most appreciated as I cannot believe we are the only people affected by this.

Have you asked BT?

There is no relation between MaxBulk Mailer and Outlook. MaxBulk Mailer is totally autonomous.
