Openings and clicks are not reported in the statistics

Gmail recipients receive the message but the opening or pulsed links are not reported in the statistics. Other servers such as Hotmail and Yahoo reported openings and clicks on links correctly.

Thank indications to solve this problem, as many of my recipients are users of Gmail.

Is your Gmail account not to open remote contents? or are the messages flagged as spam?

No, I send test messages to mailboxes where I can confirm that they have been opened and clicks on links; but messages sent to Gmail mailboxes do not appear in the statistics reported. Instead do appear reported messages from other servers such as Hotmail or Yahoo.

I have checked with our Gmail account here and it works as usual. As I said opening tracking is performed fetching remote stuff. If this is turned off in the web mail account opening tracking will not work. It is the very only thing I know that can prevent tracking.

I did another test and this time it worked fine. I do not understand what could have happened with the previous test. If I find something I'll share it in the forum.
