Opening statistics for Outlook or Iphone

Hi, i installed MLM to have an idea for opening mails. When yahoo, gmail, hotmail accounts opens mail, statics shows "opening" true, but for POP mail accounts on iphone or office, i open the message but no statistics. But when i click over outlook from a POP mail account, statistics shows "click" but no opening.

What can be the problem ?

It makes no difference. A read is counted if the message is opened. Note however that will not work from the junk/spam folder of your mail reader.
