Only a few files download

I just purchased Web Dumper. Registered it and trying it out.

Tried to download one of my own websites which is fairly big (about 800 pages).
I only got 10 individual files down :?
Tried twice but same result.
Does WD handle html, php, etc etc - all files??

Yes but not Javascript nor Flash. If a page is linked thru Javascript or Flash, Web Dumper will not find it.

The site doesn't use Flash, but how can I check if the files are linked thru Javascript?? I was hoping to download the site and view it offline. The site is built using Vivvo CMS. Any ideas? Thanks.

Look at the source of the page. Can you see Javascript code? Is the page using menus that change shape or color?

Have you tried to open the Web Dumper preferences and click on the factory defaults button?

Yes. Did that a couple of times. No change to results.

On the main Web Dumper window, on the right of the URL field, it is set to Web site, right? not web page?

Ahhhhh. Didn’t see that. I believe that has fixed the issue - it's started downloading what appears to be all files.
