Office 365 Exchange -Email limits Issues

I dont understand what combination of group mails & intervals I am supposed to be using.

Office 365 Exchange said the folllowing:
• They only allow one SMTP connection per user.
• They only allow 50 emails per every 15 minutes.

In short, I am able to send 30 emails, click the STOP button, and repeat. I want to know how to set it up so that I do not have to push the STOP button and let it send to all email addresses automatically like it's supposed to.

Here's what happens:
When I set the group to 50 with an interval of 15+ minutes, it only sends 30 emails, and gives the following error:
Code:
421 4.4.2 Message submission rate for this client has exceeded the configured limit "You have exceeded the number of messages you are allowed to send per hour or per day. Try to resume the delivery later by clicking the 'Send' button." and suggests decreasing the delivery pace, selecting smaller groups, and/or larger intervals.
So then I tried setting group to 30 with an interval of 15 minutes+, and it sends the 30 emails, but is unable to reconnect to start the next batch saying:
Code:
Error #22 "The server doesn't respond. Please check your network connection and verify that you settings are correct."
Here's the log (for the sake of convenience I made the interval 3 seconds in this example):
Code:

Next MaxBulk Mailer version will fix that reconnection problem.

You have to set 'Connections' to 1 and the group to a value smaller than 50.

THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!

Your screenshot was invaluable. Now I can finally send. My problem wasn't a limit, it was sending period.

What a Great American (if you're not American, please don't be offended, it's a compliment)!
