Odd sending lockups

If I send using Demon, I can send a lot of emails and then it just stops - see the log below. If I try to resend, I get the same errors as in the log. BUT... once I send a few using UK2, I can resume using Demon and no longer get any errors.

I can repeat this time after time. Why can't I just resend the Demon ones. What does using UK2 setting do to clear the problem?

This is a problem with the server. The error you get is 'The server post.demon.co.uk doesn't respond. '. Either the server is very busy and there are no free sockets to connect to or you are using Wifi and the connection shut down because of the traffic.

Hi Stan,

Not using WiFi.

So why will it run for so long and then stop?

Also, why can't I restart the list - I just get the same error, but as soon as I use UK2, I can go back to Demon and the list runs ok?

UK2 have a limit of 500 emails per day. Demon has no limit, or so they say - which I do believe as I have sent 3000+ at times without any issue whatsoever.
