nslookup.exe_Ordinal Not Found

I found a pop up window as " nslookup.exe_Ordinal Not Found" after I tried to import my database email address. The notice showed as below;

The ordinal 1108 could not be located in the dynamic link library WSOCK32.dll.

eMail Verifier needs nslookup.exe in order to work on Windows. nslookup.exe is a system tool that comes with Windows.
