newsletter received 2 times

Hello,

Some contacts of mine complained that they would receive my newsletter 2 times at the exact same time, although I double checked and their email was entered only once in my list.
I already contacted my host who says it has to do with MaxBulk.
Can someone help me on that?

MaxBulk Mailer has a panel where you can see the whole communication between the software and your server. Do you see a double delivery? Personally I don't believe so.
