Newby question about email bounces

I just started to use this program and have not quite figured out how email bounces are handled.

I created a special account for bounces on my email server: [email protected]

So I want all the bounces to go to this account. In Max bulkmailer I then added to the settings in the Errors field: [email protected].

I send out a mailing, yet all email bounces were send back to the senders email address.

What did I do wrong? How can I fix this?

The server is free to send the bounces wherever it wants. I mean, the server can take care of your Errors-To address or not. This is a real problem I know. Perhaps you could contact the person in charge of the server and ask him why the server is ignoring your Errors-To header.
