New to it All: Help me to FInd A select all/ unselect all

Hi can somebody tell me where i can find the select all/ unselect all button for my recipients list. Tell me i don't have to uncheck everything by hand? I know i can edit control clicking the delivery tab but there is no select/unselect all.

I am working on a mac system. I am using the bulkpro version.

okok. i got it. you have to open the little triangular tab to the left of the little gear. command-(select all)"A". Select activate/deactivate from the pull down menu. click the check box. Depending on what the setting is "activate/deactivate" by clicking one all of them are either selected or unselected.
