i added some personalized fields in apple adressbook, which are not shown in the tags. How can I add these fields as tags in my maxbulkmailer? the personalized fields are not shown in the maxbulk-import list on the left hand side.
thanks so much for help!

distinguish male, female and "you"

as I need the MaxBulkmailer Pro for professional use, some more questions regarding this problem:

1. Is there any chance that this feature will be added soon in a following version or update? I need it urgently, as I have to make a difference between male/female and "you".
male/female seems to be possible via prefix (Sehr geehrte Frau Müller / sehr geehrter Herr Müller), but there is no possibility to distinguish "you" (Liebe Andrea / lieber Andreas).

2. And what do I have to type into the message, that automatically the "r" from "Sehr geehrter" will be added only with male prefix-tag?

3. Does anyone has a proposal how I could solve the "you" problem right now by using standard fields?

Thanks.

Due to the complexity of the Address Book handling I have to look at it first. I don't think your request can be honored soon though.

I don't understand question #2. Are you talking about conditional statements?

mh. this does not sound good.

regarding question 2:
when I want that the personalization of the mail is different for male and female persons, is there any automatism for the message which referres on the content of the tag? Sorry, I do not know how to explain this...

I mean: my prefix-tag is either "Herr" for male or "Frau" for female

my message includes "Sehr geehrte (prefix-tag) (name-tag)"
If the prefix-tag is including the wording "Herr" there should be automaticly deleted the blank in front of the prefix-tag and added "r Herr" so that the message is "Sehr geehrter Herr Name"

If the prefix-tag is including the wording "Frau" everything goes on standard: "Sehr geehrte Frau Name"

Hope you understood my problem and can help me at least in this problem?
Thanks again.
