I purchased the previous version (7.9.2) ON September 15, 2010, which according to the language about MaxBulk Mailer v8 should make me elligible for the free upgrade, but when I enter my Serial Number I get an error that I am not elligible for the free upgrade. Please assist me. Thank you.

I bought 5 weeks ago, and have just paid for an upgrade. Stan is doing a great job.
