New issue - SPAM

New problem. I sent myself copies in yahoo and hotmail. They both showed up in my spam box. When I do 'Spam Check' I get:

'Subject does not contain date or month name'
'Subject does not start with a header...'
'Subject does not contain a frequency serial number'

Sorry for all the questions, but I really want to learn this! Thanks...

Still shows up as as spam in Yahoo. Not in Hotmail though. Getting closer. Thanks for your help.
