new ISP: authentication failed

Hello. We recently changed our ISP, it is now Comcast. Since the switch, I have had "authentication errors," "your message has not been delivered because one or more connections unexpectedly closed," “dropped connection”, “authentication unsuccessful”, “unable to relay”, “Status: Relaying denied error, let's try ESMTP authentication scheme”, “fatal error," etc in MaxBulk Mailer. I've contacted our administrator and IT guy and am being told "nothing has changed, I shouldn't be effected."

I've read through your Forums and FAQ's on the errors but am unable to fix the problem... any additional help? what can I do or say to Comcast, admin folks, to help them understand (and fix) my dilema? Thanks.

MaxBulk Mailer uses the same protocol and the same commands as any other email software. Are you using settings similar to the ones here?
