Need help on unsubscribe

Can you give me a step by step method to create an unsubscribe in my email messages? Or, point me to where I can find the information.
I don't have a good knowledge of programming so I need help.

Need some programmer tutoring

I have downloaded the file and read the "read me" but I'm not sure where to put the dat and php files on the server so that they can be accessed by the link that I place on my site. Step by step would be helpfull. Thanks

Upload it wherever you want on your server in a folder you named whatever you want. There is no specific requirement here. Just make it as you wish.
