MySQL server has gone away

I sent my first mailing out 2 days ago. It was only to 267 recipients. I've gotten 9 error messages spread over 2 days with the subject: "MLM] Error selecting database 'db_name' from TrackClicktoDB()." The body of the message is: "2006: MySQL server has gone away."

Have you told your mySQL server support about that?

No. I assumed it was an MLM issue. I'll open a ticket with siteground.

This is what the knowledge base at my web host says:

There are two main reasons for this error message to show:

1) The MySQL query you are trying to execute takes too long and the MySQL server times out.
The solution for this issue is to optimize your database for the queries which fail.

2) You have a crashed table in your database.
The solution in this case is to repair and optimize your database.

I've repaired and optimized the tables but the errors persist.

I can't do nothing since this is an error that comes from your mySQL server and not MLM. The only errors I can fixe are the MLM errors.
