my emailextractor does not work

my emailextractor does not work, verify and the license is up to date, the word inactive appears next to the program icon in the upper left corner. I add a file and in 2% it stops and does nothing anymore, can you help me what is happening? Thanks
 
Can you give me more details about the file you have dropped to the application? Type and size?
