First I want to say how wonderful your product is I have tried several other services and no others have the commitment to service follow up and does what it really says it is going to do. Every time I have asked a question you have responded promptly and I appreciate that very much. I am a novice and am learning with every past email that others have sent.
Now to my problem I have imported addresses into my bulk mailer and if there are over 7,000 recipients the bulk mailer shuts down and says not responding. The problem that this causes all of my unsubscribe to have to be put in every time that I have to put a new email out. Any ideas.
Also, I had asked before and this question probably sounds silly but remember I am new to this when I download the update version how do I know that it worked You sent me the link and I think I did it but how do you know for sure.
