Multiple e-mails in one csv field (commas)

Hi!

Our register is extracted from customer accounts to a CSV which is then converted to excel sheet.

E-mailadresses är stored inside a cell. We have several e-mailadresses per customer. Right now we type them in separated by commas, so this is how they turn out when extracted.

This is not a problem until we extract the excel-sheet to CSV and import to MaxBulk Mailer, since, for some reason, maxbulk erases the commas and instead renders what used to be two emailadresses as one incompatible e-mailadress.

Any ideas? Separating adresses with semicolons messes up our entire register when exporting from accounting since the CSV, when imported to excel sheet, will interpret the separated e-mail as a new tab. We want to keep the adresses in one single cell.

Indeed MaxBulk Mailer only supports one email address per record. The solution here is to edit your excel sheet first and make sure you have only one email per line.
