Hi!
Our register is extracted from customer accounts to a CSV which is then converted to excel sheet.
E-mailadresses är stored inside a cell. We have several e-mailadresses per customer. Right now we type them in separated by commas, so this is how they turn out when extracted.
This is not a problem until we extract the excel-sheet to CSV and import to MaxBulk Mailer, since, for some reason, maxbulk erases the commas and instead renders what used to be two emailadresses as one incompatible e-mailadress.
Any ideas? Separating adresses with semicolons messes up our entire register when exporting from accounting since the CSV, when imported to excel sheet, will interpret the separated e-mail as a new tab. We want to keep the adresses in one single cell.
