MLM: Refresh or Update?

They both seem to do the same thing, although I notice that refresh actually adds additional clicks, opens (if any). Whereas Update doesn't seem to do that.

What 'Refresh' are talking about?

In the MLM Statistics window, there is a button to "Refresh" or "Update".

'Refresh' reload the delivery list and then update the statistics.
'Update' only update the statistics.
