MLM not installing properly

I am trying to get MLM to work but I keep getting a 404 error when I go to http://ke-i.org/MLM/lm/lm.php.

I have changed all the permissions to 777.

Attached is where my lm.php file is.

Please let me know what I can do to fix this.

The HTML error 404 means that a given page doesn't exist at a given location. In your case http://ke-i.org/MLM/lm/lm.php is not valid because there is no such page 'lm.php' at 'http://ke-i.org/MLM/lm/'. Actually your web server says 'http://ke-i.org/MLM' folder doesn't exist.

So what do I need to do to fix it? According to my CPanel the folder does exist.

I think you should contact your web server support... They have the answer for sure.
I don't know why you have that problem, all seem correct to me as well.
