MLM Installed but not working

I have installed everything on www.seethis2.com and then when I test it I am not getting a connection.

I have switched between the localhost and IP address as suggested for the database connection. I have also double checked the database username, database name and password and I still can not launch the program.

Please help.

Have you read this tutorial? There is a paragraph that covers permission problems.
