MISSING EMAILS after Upgrade -- HELP!

I just upgraded to the newest version of MaxBulk Mailer Pro. When I selected all the names to mail out to I had over 1300 names and emails. Now I only have 890.....WHY??????????????

What's going on? There is no way for me to know who's missing.

I'd like to add a couple other things....

I made a new file, selecting all the names it shows me 1,057. I then go to hit send and it tells me it's only sending to 980 people from those selected.

Then to double check what the heck is going on, I made another new file and selecting the same names it tells me I have selected 1413 names.

Why did it only send to 980 people???

Tempted to go back to the old version...never had to worry about the numbers, they were always the same.

Are you using a list from the list pull-down menu or from a saved document?

I am selecting from my pull down...multiple lists.

Now I make a new email, select the same lists and now it shows me only 1000. It keeps changing....why am I not getting all my names???

Why are you selecting 'multiple lists' and not the list itself?

Note that when you select 'multiple lists' and you select lists by checking them, recipients of each list are loaded but duplicates are discarded.
