Missing a lot of messages and labels in Italian

eMail Bounce Handler handles standard rejection messages. Those are english only. I believe it is right now the large majority. Then it uses the rules list, that list is english only and will handle some non-standard bounces. If you have more unhandled non-standard bounces you will have to add rules to the list. Anyway there is no relation between the software language and the bounce detection system.
