A client has got us sending out a mass email in html with a plain text alternative. I have set it up at text/html and placed the plain text above the <html> tag.
The client is complaining that on their blackberry device it is showing the html version instead of the plain text which it should be showing. Is this something on their end or on ours? I have a feeling it is on theirs.
