messed up interface??

Hey guys,

Just opened up MaxBulk for the first time, we are investigating a new program for sending out a newsletter. The buttons on the interface are all glitched out, graphics are clustered on top of each other and out of place from the actual buttons. I'm on OS 10.2, is this a known problem that a system upgrade will fix?

We have never heard of such problem so far. Have you tried with a new account?

hey man, thanks for the reply, no i havent tried that. not sure what you mean exactly, a new account within the Mailer?

the buttons/tabs are unresponsive, and the cursor for the subject appears below the actual text field.

It looks like you are using a very old operating system. Is it 10.1, 10.2. or 10.3? I would say it is an operating system problem.
