Messages not being received

I have been using MaxBulk Mailer for years without any problems. Today, I sent a message as I do every week to about 500 recipients. Although it appeared the messages were sent (an airplane appeared next to each name), no one received the message. Any suggestions as to why this would happen?

Only your server support can respond to that question. A paper plane icon means the message has been delivered to your server. That server is supposed to relay it. In the connection log you will see that for each message you send you get a delivery reference. You can ask your server support for some of those references.

Thanks. I discovered what the problem was... a blacklisted domain name in the copy, but I am surprised that would prevent email from being sent. In any case, when I removed just that URL, the email newsletter was capable of being sent.
