I would like to send a message away as web page with text, but it does not function. What am I to do, so that one sees the newsletter/web page and under the text? :?

In user Guide is located that: To add an alternative plain text version as with Text/HTML format, add two line-breaks and the text right below.
How do I make that?

Did not succeed. I can't see the text in preview:-(

No, reason why it is called 'Alternative Text version'. It is displayed only if the receiver doesn't support HTML or doesn't want to render HTML. If you want to see the alternative text version, click on eye icon and select the 'Plain Text Alternative' menu.
