Merge feature of Max Bulk Mailer just stopped working

I successfully sent out 7 small batches of emails (about 100 total) this morning each with a different Sender (using Settings). When I changed the Settings for the next Sender, the merged fields (email, recepient firstname, company, opt1, opt2, op3) did not populate the email as they have been. I'm working off of one list with many Senders. The data fields appear to complete and normal.

Please help! This program has been working great up to this point. Thanks!

Did you deactivate the 'Singly' option? This option should be kept checked if you want to use tags.
