MBMPro Not Sending

I am new to MaxBulkMailerPro (MBMp). Used GroupMail Business on my PC, but swtiched to a Mac , so had to buy MBMp.

I keep getting error msg 5.3.3 when trying to send to my list.
I have a member list of 12,000 to send to, but only a few emails get through. Testing seems to work fine, but actual send does not.

As it's sending, it flashes red at the top left side of the screen and says "AUTHORIZATION not available" and most emails fail, but some get through... very confusing.

Can anyone help?
I have settings at 10 mails at a time, single delivery, 5 second pause between sends, and ONE Connection.

Also would like to know if we can use gmail or yahoo as the SMTP or POP Server Access, instead of our own server?

That looks like an authentication problem. Try to turn ESMTP on.

Using Gmail or Yahoo is not a good idea. They are free services and as a result they are quite limited. For example Google Gmail is limited to the delivery of 500 messages per day.

The best is to use your ISP server, the SMTP server that comes with your web hosting service or a bulk email account.
