MBM would not start

I cannot start MBM anymore.
I was running a campaign (9000 email addresses), sending no more than 250 at a time to avoid being blocked by my ISP and MBM started to slow down and then froze completely.
I have removed the software and all related files, usind Onyx as mentionned in the support KB, reinstalled the latest version of MBM, and the MBM icon will just pop, up and down, on my dock and freeze.
Sometimes MBM seems to try to open my last project ( simple mail, no file attached, and then freezes.
I am running on a recent McBkPro with MacOSX 10.9.
If I cannot re open MBM soon, I will have to change platform after 5 years using MBM, shame and pity, such a good tool it has been to me :)

Try do delete the MaxBulk Mailer preference file, this is the very first thing you have to do when you have a problem with a software, including Apple software. The MaxBulk Mailer preference file is located here: '~/Library/Preferences/Maxprog/MaxBulk Mailer/Preferences'. Also note that new Apple system puts application to sleep when on the background. That can be deactivated in the application Finder Get Info window, check 'Prevent App Nap'.
