MBM (OS X) freezing whene dragging a file across its window

MBM ver. 8.4.6 Mac, OS X 10.9.1
I noticed that MBM locks up while sending if I accidentally drag a file on its window (WITHOUT RELEASING, JUST MOVING THE FILE ACROSS IT while copying or moving the file between two desktop folders).
So I have to carefully avoid passing the mouse across its windows when moving files.
It seems it remains locked but that would need further testing to tell.
I just wanted to advice about this issue.

well it happened again and yes I can confirm MBM locks when accidentally dragging a file across its window WHILE SENDING. It freezes with spinning wheel mouse icon. After waiting a few minutes, I had to kill it.
