Hello,

I ve a local mail database with 13000 emails.
I want to send this to the MLM list, but they re is always an error in the synchronisation.

I can t synchronize more than approximatively 1000 emails.

is there a solution?

ty

for information :

At this moment the PHP interpreter running on your server has the safe mode set to OFF, max_execution_time is set to 1800 seconds, max_input_time to -1 seconds, memory_limit to , post_max_size to 64M and upload_max_filesize to 64M.

The 'Upload to MLM' window has an preference panel you can access clicking on the blue 'Settings' text. Have you tried to set a longer interval?

You can the delay you prefer. If it still doesn't work then it is a problem with your server.

What happens if you upload your list using the lm/html/upload_list.php file on your server?

The lm/html/upload_list.php page indicate to me :

At this moment the PHP interpreter running on your server has the safe mode set to OFF, max_execution_time is set to 1800 seconds, max_input_time to -1 seconds, memory_limit to , post_max_size to 64M and upload_max_filesize to 64M. Note that a value of -1 means unlimited.

And then after submitting my file with 350ko, and 13000 lines like that :

Prénom Nom Entreprise Adresse email
(my file was an export from maxbulk local list).

i got an :

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, [email protected] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

I suppose this is because the script need more time than the "max_execution_time 1800 seconds".

Im on a OVH 90plan server (server mutualisé).

That's possible but the best would be to ask the server support to make sure. Perhaps it is a setting they can change on their side.

So what is the best server settings for a big email list to work?

Thank you.

There is no best setting actually. The problem here is that your server has turned a security setting to avoid multiple concurrent connections. That has to be turned off.

The bigger are the numbers, better but that doesn't mean it will work. You can try of course but nothing changes then there is something else. If you find the answer, please share, this is a recurrent problem.

SOLUTION FOUND (or at least confirmed).

MaxBulk Mailer works just fine with BIG lists (plain text tested no sql). All I had to do was changing server!!! Tested in 4000, 10000 and 20000 (number of emails).

Well done MaxBulk Mailer.
