MaxBulk Mailer with Gmail ?

Does anyone have experience using MaxBulk Mailer with Gmail ?

I am just starting to use this App, and
would like to know which problems i will run into
while using Gmail with MaxBulk Mailer ?

How many emails should i send at once ? 5 ?

As far as I know you can send up to 1000 messages per day.
