Maxbulk Mailer how to reactivate recipient list all deactive

My entire mailing list has been deactivated. I can no longer import from my Excel sheet & activate the names & emails. I have tried everything but am not able to reactivate the recipient list. I have tried the Reset button as well but it does not seem to work.

What do you mean with 'deactivated'?
