New - New error handlers with help for authentication issues.
New - Remote List 'Refresh' contextual menu in order to reload the list of remote lists from MLM.
New - Recipients 'Refresh' contextual menu in order to reload the selected remote list from MLM.
Chg - If the server sends a URL with help, it is now displayed in the status bar as a clickable link.
Chg - Clicking on the 'Save' button will now display the 'Upload to MLM' window when dealing with remote lists.
Chg - A confirmation dialog is now displayed when clicking on the 'Reset' button.
Upg - When selecting the "Recipients > Upload to MLM" menu and a remote list is selected, the selection is passed to the upload window.
Upg - It is now possible to set how list has to be uploaded to MLM, batch size and delay between batches.
Fix - Remote Lists can now be sorted by column.
Fix - New lists are now added to the list of lists after using the 'Recipients > Upload the MLM' menu.
Fix - Several important MLM fixes. New version is now 2.2.4 (Now its is possible to upload lists with duplicates).
