Chg - Document file now use the '.mbm' extension by default (Mac OS X).
Chg - SMTP error 5xx no longer stops the whole delivery process when sending to the same domain.
Fix - Issue when importing data from Excel thru the clipboard and the 'Paste Special' menu.
Fix - Styled Text with inline attachments now include a full valid alternative text version.
Fix - Styled Text with inline attachments alternative text version no longer includes CIDs.
