Due to very unstable performance of the smtp remote server, I've been sending with some time delay interval (usually 3 seconds) between connections.
Sometimes it happened that MaxBulk gets stuck at 01 countdown without even sending error email for stop sending.
Only way is to stop it manually (at that point receiving the due notification email for user's interruption) then restarting send.
It rarely happens, but the bad thing is when it happens you have no notification.
