MaxBulk and Apple OS X 10.9.1

I have huge problems to get the system to use the Tags in the email.
It go fine with to put it in, but when it send it do no "use" the tags, in the E-mail.
Any advise?

PS! MaxBulk Mailer is Version: 8.4.6-us

No it's not.

Anyone who know who can get the program to work?

We paid - and paid for updates, then we get a new OS X, then nothing works.

Not so happy... Please help, two friends I recomended also have the same problem.
