mail-tester finds errors with “click-through tracking” on

Long time MBM MLM user, but I have a problem we have never been able to fix.

I use the email newsletter tester http://www.mail-tester.com.

Mail-tester has been VERY helpful in improving the deliverability of out email blasts. I highly recommend it. Mail-tester grades emails on a scale of 0 to 10 (10 being perfect.) Specifically, it tests the spammyness of emails, including: SPF, Sender ID, DKIM, DMARC, Blacklists, etc.

There is one ERROR that http://www.mail-tester.com continually reports to us that knocks our score down. :( Some links that MaxBulk Mailer turns into “click-through tracking” are reported as broken link (404 error.)

We use:
MBM 8.4.6 & 8.5.1
MLM 3.1.7 on our server
Unified Email as our bulk email relay service

I think you will be able to duplicate the broken link errors by visiting http://www.mail-tester.com (which is free) and sending an email from MBM to Mail-tester.

MLM links are forwards, lm.php is called on your server with a set of parameters to create statistics. The last parameter is the final page, the page the recipient finally get, the forwarded page. Do you mean that system doesn't recognize forwards? or consider forwards are broken links? I tried several of your links, I don't get any error 404 but I get forwarded to the final page as expected... :-/
