Mac & PC compatibility

Hello:
New "soon-to-be" user. Your software could be what I need.

I'm on a Mac, my spouse is on a PC. We need to be able to enter data on one machine, and have it sync to another machine. This is not a "seamless" sync, but at least the file extension is the same so we can drag-and-drop the database from one machine to the other. I've not been able to find anything else that is somewhat cross-platform compatible.

Just looking for comments as to if this will be too "clunky" to work smoothly. Also, can we email the database up and back as an attachment, or will it be too large?

iCash files are fully compatible between Windows and Mac OS. You can create a file on a PC, add some transactions, copy it to the Mac, add more transactions, copy it back to the PC and add even more transactions and so on. It is the same as with an Excel sheet. You can also open the file over the network but you can open it from one application at once.

Thanks for the positive reply. That's what I was hoping for. Now all we need is iPhone compatibility
