"Looking for" server

I'm having trouble configuring MaxBulk Mailer. I've been using it with no problems for a couple of months, using a Gmail account. However, I can't seem to set up a business email account correctly.

The email is hosted by Heteml.jp and the SMTP is mail6.heteml.jp. Every time I try to send a test message, the progress dialogue box gets stuck on the same step: "Looking for mail6.heteml.jp".

I've set it up with POP3 authentication and of course entered the login ID and password. I've tried all the SSL options. I have no idea why it's not finding the server - I'm using the same login info with Mac Mail just fine. Somehow MaxBulk and mail6.heteml.jp just aren't getting on.

Any ideas?

Try to use 'mail6.heteml.jp:587' as your server address and the ESMTP authentication.
